Quiet
I haven't been posting much. I've been working on a essay on the first battle between Rome and the Sassainian Empire. We bought a huge French stick from Sugardough, and I've been dipping it in Lebanese extra-virgin olive oil, tahini, and za'atar. Sensational. Serendipity defined: someone leaves a comment on your blog for the first time about a place they walk past everyday, then you go to their blog and find a fabulous photo of a place you regularly visit. Best nut shop in the world. Half a kilo of cashews and half a kilo of smoked almonds please. And Whitebait loves the photo inside of the shop itself up on the back wall of one of the two main guys who runs the place (the older one - maybe the father?).
